Job description
KidStrong Fuquay-Varina is seeking a General Manager to lead the center’s team, member experience, growth, and daily operations on-site. You will recruit and coach staff, drive membership and retention, and partner with families and the regional leadership team to deliver an outstanding kid-focused program.
The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, scheduling, class quality, and driving community engagement in a rapidly growing NC region. Weekday, evening, and weekend availability are required.
