Job description
KidStrong in Oklahoma City is seeking a General Manager to own the center, lead the team, and deliver the mission of building strong, confident kids who thrive in school and play. You will guide coaching staff, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent member experiences.
As the leader of the center, you will recruit and develop a high-performing team, run scheduling and payroll, and drive membership growth while aligning with HQ initiatives.
