Join Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation as a Neurological/Orthopedic Therapist Leader.
Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist with neurological and orthopedic experience to help lead our hospital-based outpatient center in Bowling Green, Kentucky .
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing program at the ground level and play a key role in shaping the future of outpatient neurological care in South Central Kentucky.

In this role, you'll:
Treat a diverse caseload of neurological and orthopedic patients.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to clinical excellence.
Help influence the growth and direction of a specialized outpatient neuro program.
Receive leadership and professional development training designed to prepare high-performing clinicians for future advancement opportunities.
We're looking for clinicians who are motivated to grow. While previous management experience is not required , this position includes mentorship, leadership training, and development opportunities for candidates interested in pursuing a future Center Manager role.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the supervision/leadership of our outpatient neuro-physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology on our hospital campus center.
Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures. Responsible for center financial statements including profit and loss performance.
Responsible for sales/marketing to existing and potential center referral sources.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient neurological and/or orthopedic experience
Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Interest in leadership, program development, and team collaboration
