Job description
Oak Street Health is seeking a Center Medical Director to lead the clinical team at a center, delivering primary care with 80% clinical time and 20% admin responsibilities. The CMD will mentor providers, drive care-model adoption, and partner with center leadership to deliver great patient experiences and positive outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have MD/DO/APN/PA credentials, board certification, and proven clinical leadership. US work authorization is required.
