Job description
Oak Street Health is seeking a Center Medical Director to lead the center’s clinical team and deliver high-quality primary care with a focus on patient experience and outcomes. The CMD will split time between clinical duties (approximately 80%) and administrative leadership (about 20%), mentoring providers and implementing strategic initiatives.
The role requires MD/DO/APN/PA credentials and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with 5+ years in outpatient practice
