Job description
Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics to support children with autism and their families, focusing on early intervention and play-based ABA models. The Center Operations Director will own center performance, lead a team of clinicians and staff, and partner with leadership to drive growth, quality, and family experience.
Starting compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year with an annual bonus potential up to $32,000 based on performance.
