Soar Autism Center is seeking a Center Operations Director for the Four Corners site. The role leads a multidisciplinary center, partnering with clinicians and staff to ensure growth, quality, and a stellar family experience.
A fast-paced, mission-driven environment offers leadership growth and exposure to multi-site operations. You will manage non-clinical operations, improve scheduling, staffing, billing and patient onboarding, while mentoring staff and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
