Job description
Soar Autism Center is seeking a Center Operations Director to run a Rockville center, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and partner with clinicians to optimize growth, quality, and family experience.
You will own budgeted goals, scheduling, staffing, and patient/caregiver engagement while driving efficient operations and a supportive environment for staff and families. This leadership role offers growth into multi-site leadership as Soar expands.
