Job description
EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Center Sales Director in Skokie, IL to lead a high-performing center, drive sales, and deliver an elevated guest experience. You will own center performance, coach a winning team, and execute local marketing to attract new guests.
With a base salary and commissions, you’ll manage KPIs, budgets, and operations while building a culture of excellence and guest-centric service. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in a luxury retail/beauty environment.
