Job description
EWC Growth is seeking a Center Sales Director for a high-energy, luxury center. You will lead the team, drive service and retail sales, and own center performance while delivering an elevated guest experience.
As the senior on-site leader, you will coach associates, manage KPIs and budgets, and partner with local communities. This full-time role requires 3+ years in sales leadership in retail/beauty/spa, strong English, and excellence in service delivery.
