European Wax Center is seeking a Center Sales Director to lead a high-performing center, drive sales and guest experience, and coach a team to reach ambitious goals. You’ll own the center’s performance, align KPIs with revenue targets, and build local partnerships to expand the guest network.
You will shape a culture of accountability, excellence, and top-tier service, with a compensation package featuring a base salary plus commissions and comprehensive benefits.
