Job description
The Save Mart Companies in California is hiring an Assistant Center Store Manager to oversee front-end operations and a rotating set of areas (Front-End, Night Crew, Frozen/Dairy/Deli, Evening). You will supervise staff, train associates, and ensure high customer service, stock integrity, and store cleanliness.
Ideal candidates bring strong communication, supervisory experience, and a solid foundation in retail operations; one year of college and six months of relevant experience are preferred.
