CNC IF/TF Centerless Grinding MachinistKMM Group is looking for a skilled CNC IF/TF Centerless Grinding Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in Hatboro, PA. Relocation assistance is available for this position.This is a role for someone who takes pride in the details. Someone who understands that grinding is not just running a machine, it is reading the part, controlling the process, protecting the customer's components, and producing tight-tolerance work that supports industries where failure is not an option.At KMM, our work supports medical device, aerospace, defense, space exploration, and high-precision contract manufacturing programs. You will work with premium grinding equipment, experienced teammates, and parts that demand focus, craftsmanship, and technical judgment.We offer the option of working 4 ten hour shifts, Monday - Thursday. Enjoy a long weekend!Job RequirementsThis role is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, curious, hands-on, and ready to learn.Preferred Experience:High school diploma or equivalentEquivalent hands-on manufacturing experience will also be consideredExperience with OD grinding, ID grinding, CNC grinding, cylindrical grinding, or precision machining preferredExperience with tight-tolerance manufacturing strongly preferredFamiliarity with CNC conversational programming is a plusExperience in medical device, aerospace, defense, contract manufacturing, toolroom, production machining, or precision manufacturing environments is helpfulPreferred Skills:Strong mechanical aptitudeAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsComfort using precision measuring toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilityAttention to detail and pride in craftsmanshipAbility to work carefully with high-value customer componentsWillingness to learn advanced grinding techniquesCommitment to safety, quality, and process disciplinePhysical RequirementsThis position involves shop floor and technical work, including:Standing at machines throughout the workdayWalking the shop floor regularlyLifting up to 50 lbsHandling customer components with careOccasional computer use for programming, job tracking, and documentationUsing hand tools, measuring tools, and shop equipment as neededITAR RequirementKMM is an ITAR-registered facility.
