Job description
Bakery ClerkJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bakery clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and provide excellent customer service. This person will participate in the baking and packaging of all product to be shipped out to multiple locations.Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and decorating finished productsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and sweeping and mopping floorsAssist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepanciesFollow all safety and sanitation procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and handling food in a safe and hygienic mannerRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a bakery or food service environment preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and customer service skills
