Central Processing Technician - Park City Surgery Center
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Central Processing Technician to join our high-performing team at a busy Orthopedic Surgery Center with 4 operating rooms . Our center delivers outstanding patient care in partnership with The Orthopedic Partners, Intermountain Health, and Surgery Partners .

Key Responsibilities:
* Decontaminate, assemble, inspect, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
* Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
* Maintain documentation in accordance with AAMI and AORN standards
* Ensure accurate and timely instrument turnover for scheduled surgeries
* Maintain appropriate inventory and notify leadership of any supply or equipment concerns
* Communicate effectively with OR staff to meet surgical demands
* Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM
Qualifications:
* Certification (CRCST or equivalent) required
* Previous sterile processing experience, ideally in an orthopedic or ambulatory surgery setting
* Strong working knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection prevention standards
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
* Team-focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
