Central Station MonitorDatawatch Systems Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Central Station Monitor. This high-volume, in and out bound call center position provides support for alarm monitoring and access control calls received within the Central Monitoring Station (CMS). Other duties as assigned. Bethesda headquarters is Metro accessible. Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.Applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screening and criminal background check. Applicants must be reliable and have flexible scheduling availability for weekends, holidays, or extended hours if neededAbility to assess and evaluate opportunities for problem-solvingBe able to understand the company's capabilities and services for assisting and educating clientsWork with internal teams in order to identify potential issues and/or related opportunitiesMust possess ability to pass any state required training or other qualifications for licensingQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.1-2 years Data entry required.1-2 years experience with a multi-line phone or soft phone required.1-3 years of customer service preferred.High volume call center or 911 communications preferred.Any certified training or knowledge of Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems a plus.
