Centralized Processing Specialist IiWe are currently seeking a Centralized Processing Specialist II.As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market.ResponsibilitiesAs a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:Performing GL balancing/reconcilingProcess Return Items, Non-Post and Exception Transactions, Foreign Items, ATM Balancing, AdjustmentsHandle customer's inquiries clearly via phone and emailConduct research and administer the creation, reproduction, and use of bank records accurately and timelyOperate with minimal supervision and may need to exercise independent judgment in completing assignmentsQualificationsBanking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution requiredFIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plusCollaboration/People skillsIntegrity/DutifulnessAvailable to work overtime as neededMust be detail oriented with strong organizational skillsMust have excellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programsDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAdhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirementsApplicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.CompensationThe base pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $28.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
