Job description
Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is a global firm helping SMEs with succession through the Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) program. We seek mid-career professionals to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a company as Chief Executive Officer in the US.
You will spearhead a 24-month search with support from NCA, including base compensation and vested equity in the acquired company to secure your entrepreneurial journey.
