Job description
The Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and organizational strategy. The CEO will supervise a professional team, advance programs, and serve as the main ambassador to local and international stakeholders.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will strengthen partnerships, guide resource development, and ensure sustainable operations while advancing Israel advocacy and community impact.
