Job description
SnapMagic in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on Chief of Staff who will work directly with the CEO to accelerate the company. You’ll build systems, automations, and cross-functional processes that scale with the business.
This hybrid role requires 3+ years in a generalist ops role, sharp automation instincts, and outstanding written and verbal communication to align leadership and teams. You’ll own the CEO cadence, drive priority setting, and implement AI-powered workflows to boost velocity
