Job description
The California Building Industry Association (CBIA) seeks a visionary President & Chief Executive Officer to lead statewide leadership and impact. Reporting to the Board, you will drive strategy, advocacy, and external presence while building a strong, enduring organization across California’s housing policy landscape.
You will shape CBIA’s influence, expand memberships and coalitions, and manage leadership development, finance, and operations to sustain growth and impact.
