Job description
Jeff Harris & Associates has been retained to conduct a highly confidential search for a Chief Executive Officer with an established multi-site skilled nursing organization.
We are seeking an experienced skilled nursing executive who has successfully led multiple skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute communities and is ready to take on broader organizational responsibility.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Multi-site skilled nursing operations experience at the Regional, Divisional, VP of Operations, COO, President, or CEO level
Experience overseeing multiple communities, leaders, and markets
Strong operational and financial acumen, including meaningful P&L responsibility
A track record of improving performance while maintaining a strong focus on quality and culture
Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
The ability to work closely with facility leadership and remain engaged with operations in the field
This is a Midwest-based leadership opportunity. Relocation will be considered for the right candidate.
