KIRA in Germany is seeking a high-ownership operations professional to join the CEO Office for AI Neobank expansion. You will translate CEO priorities into executable plans across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships and market launches.
You will track progress, coordinate across teams, and drive urgent business issues to resolution, balancing ambiguity and fast timelines while working with senior leadership. This role is remote, but based in Germany and requires strong English communication.
