Job description
Ripple Foods seeks a high-impact Chief of Staff/BizOps leader to craft company strategy, run planning cadences, and own critical cross-functional outcomes. You will guide quarterly goals, run leadership meetings, and supervise MBRs/QBRs with a data-driven mindset.
You’ll draft investor communications, maintain the scorecard and cap table, and drive special projects end-to-end. This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and executive support.
