Job description
Charles Aris Inc. is conducting a CEO search for a private equity-backed manufacturing company located in the Midwest. The successful candidate will collaborate with portfolio leadership to define and execute a strategic value-creation plan and drive expansion across end markets.
The role reports to the private equity sponsor and will require strong leadership, deep manufacturing operations experience, and a track record of delivering growth in a PE-backed environment.
