Job description
Salem Gastroenterology is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to partner with the physician Board, set a clear strategic direction, and strengthen operational and financial performance while preserving independence and patient-centered care.
You will lead the management team, expand access and services, and build relationships with hospitals, payers, and community partners to position the practice for long-term success.
