Job description
EP!C, located in Peoria, Illinois, seeks a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The CEO will champion the mission, ensure financial sustainability, and foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity while guiding a 272-strong staff. The role reports to the Board of Directors and drives person-centered service delivery across 15 counties.
