Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, LECO continues to be a family-owned company that understands the value of shared interests, long-term stability, loyalty, and trust.Schedule: Full Time: 5:00am – 1:30pm, Monday – Friday and overtime as neededPosition Summary: LECO's Ceramic facility, located in Benton Harbor, is looking for a Ceramics Machine Operator. This is a first shift position. This individual will operate machines to produce ceramic shapes.Position Responsibilities:Must demonstrate proficiency in operation of machineInspect parts that they manufacturePerform other duties as requested by supervisor or group leaderApprove records indicated by process or recordClean area of responsibilityPosition Requirements:Must be able to read blueprintsAble to use precision measuring toolsAble to follow departmental proceduresEducation/Certifications:High School Diploma or equivalentEOE M/F/VET/Disability
