Job description
The Heights of Tomball is seeking a Certified Wellness/Activity Director to lead activity programs for residents. The role requires current certification as a Certified Activity Director and involves planning, scheduling and implementing activities based on assessments.
You will complete monthly calendars, assess MDS sections, use RAPs for care planning decisions, document care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident well-being.
