US Anesthesia Partners Colorado, a clinician-led practice, has an exclusive contract with two of the largest health systems in Denver - Advent Health, and Health One (HCA). We offer a variety of cases, specialties, and acuities throughout the Denver Metro.

This role offers guaranteed overtime with flexible FTE options ranging from 48 to52 hoursper week. Whether you prefer a steady 1.2 schedule or want to maximize earnings at 1.4,you’llhave a predictable workload and reliable hours built into your compensation. This structure provides stability, work–life balance, and the opportunity to tailor your schedule to what fits your life and goals.Youwon’tbe cancelled orsent homeearly- extra hours and money you can count on!
Competitive compensation based on years of experience1.2FTE(48 hours)guaranteed salary range:$311k - $342k
1.3FTE(52hours) guaranteed salary range:$350k - $381k
1.4FTE(56hours)guaranteed salary range:$390k - $420k

Qualifications
All USAP Certified Anesthesiologists Assistants must comply with allAmerican Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants guidelines as well as meet state licensure requirements.
CAAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
