Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
Join our Anesthesia Team!
Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our growing Anesthesiology team. An ideal candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills, a respectful bedside manner, and the ability to work effectively within a team-based care environment.
Our CAAs work alongside anesthesiologists as part of an established MD/AA Care Team Model, providing care across a variety of cases and specialties.

Responsibilities
Full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options, including 4 10-hour shifts per week or a 7-on/7-off schedule
Opportunity to work across a wide variety of cases and specialty areas
Collaborative MD/AA Care Team Model
Work alongside a growing team of anesthesiologists and Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants
Opportunities to practice across multiple Parkview facilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a strong background in science
Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) program
Current or pending certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
Current or pending Indiana state licensure
No previous experience required, provided all required licensing, certification, and clinical training requirements have been completed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while supporting system initiatives
