US Anesthesia Partners – Nevada (USAP-NV) is seeking exceptional CAAs to join our expanding practice. Since Nevada opened its doors to CAAs, we've been building something special—and we want the nation's best to continue growing with us.
With a relationship in Las Vegas spanning over four decades, we are the most established anesthesia practice in the region. We’re actively expanding our CAA team and looking for providers who want clinical excellence, leadership opportunities, and an unbeatable lifestyle.

What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base compensation: $235k – $270k
Working 6‑8 weekends per year with a minimum of $21k added to your compensation annually
$45k sign‑on bonus and future retention incentive packages available
$10k relocation assistance available

Qualifications
Required
Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
Eligibility for Nevada licensure
Must meet hospital credentialing requirements
Preferred
Clinical experience providing direct patient care
Demonstrated knowledge, competence, and experience across multiple specialties
Interest in practice leadership and development
