Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to support student-athlete health and safety in a school-based setting in the Salt Lake City region. You’ll assess and respond to injuries, provide first aid, develop prevention and rehabilitation plans, and guide safe return to play. Working closely with students, families, coaches, and healthcare providers, you’ll document care and coordinate referrals when needed.
