Description:
Hollywood Chrysler Jeep is seeking a skilled and certified Automotive Painter to join our Collision Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive refinishing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes that meet manufacturer and dealership standards.

Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles and parts for paint (sanding, masking, priming, etc.)
Mix and match paint to ensure accurate color matching
Apply base coat, clear coat, and other finishes using professional spray equipment
Inspect painted surfaces and correct defects when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area
Follow all safety and environmental regulations
Collaborate with body technicians and estimators to ensure quality repairs and timely completion
Requirements: Certified Automotive Painter (I-CAR or equivalent certification preferred)
3+ years of automotive refinishing experience in a collision center or body shop
Strong knowledge of paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques
Experience with modern paint booth equipment and spray guns
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a dealership collision center
Familiarity with major paint systems, such as PPG, BASF, Axalta, or Sherwin-Williams
