Berglund Automotive is looking for Certified and Master Automotive Technicians across our dealership group in Southwest and Central Virginia. What You’ll Get * Top-tier flat-rate income with added income stability * Expected annual earnings: $45,000 - $120,000 * Plenty of work and consistent service demand * Relocation assistance for qualified technicians * Paid manufacturer training and continued development * Opportunities across 20+ automotive brands and multiple locations * Paid time off and holidays * Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts at allBerglund Automotive locations What You’ll Do * Diagnose and repair vehicle systems accurately and efficiently * Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical diagnostics * Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards * Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and current repair technology * Work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to keep work moving through the shop * Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment * Deliver the quality workmanship our customers and teams expect What You Bring * Current manufacturer/OEM certifications * Automotive technician experience with strong diagnostic ability * Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and repair procedures * Commitment to quality, productivity, teamwork, and safety * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record WhyBerglund?
