Job description
Danbury Hospital is seeking a certified Surgical Technologist to perform scrub duties and assist in the nursing care of surgical patients before, during, and after procedures. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates with cardiac experience.
The role requires maintaining sterile technique, preparing equipment, and supporting the surgical team in a fast-paced OR environment. Minimum one year of experience is expected, with ongoing CEU and preceptorship responsibilities.
