nJob Summary
nThe Certified Care Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. We are actively looking for qualified caregivers to cover both daytime shifts to help meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Home Care Aide (HCA) with specialized skills and experience in memory care and mobility support/transfers to support our senior clients in the South Bay area. Applicants must demonstrate reliability and punctuality for all scheduled shifts. skills

nDocumentation/Charting
nQualifications
nCertified Care Aide Certificate (HCA Registration)
nCertified Nursing Assistant (strongly preferred)
nCurrent CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
nNegative TB skin test or chest x-ray
nAbility to travel around location territory / With reliable mode of transportation
nAccess to internet/mobile phone
n18 years or older
nFingerprint/Live Scan Clearance
nEntry-level and Annual Training
n2+ years in home care or facility setting
nStrong empathetic communication skills
nHighly reliable and dependable with shift attendance
nBilingual: Spanish speaking or other languages highly desired
