It is our philosophy to "go the extra mile" for our clients - we are here for them.Caregiver/CNA/HHA Benefits Included:Competitive pay rates - based on skills and experience.Health and dental benefits for full time caregivers (30 hours or more)Flexible schedules - make your own schedule - we'll work with you to find a schedule that fits youWeekly pay - get access to your pay, as soon as even the next day.1.5x base rate holiday pay and/or overtime pay!Extensive training program - get paid while you learn new skills (and receive specialized Thriving at Home Certification for preventing hospital trips!)Referral bonuses for recommending your friends to work with usMileage reimbursementCaregiver/CNA/HHA Qualifications:Must be able to travelMust speak and understand EnglishMust be able to pass a background checkOne (1) year minimum experience in the home or long-term care setting is required.Able to utilize a smartphone based appMust have a valid drivers licenseMust have a vehicle and auto insurancePunctual and dependableA valid drivers license (Strongly Preferred)Access to or own a vehicle and auto insurance (Strongly Preferred)Caregiver/CNA/HHA Responsibilities:Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs - taking initiative aboutCompanionship and engagementMaintaining their health and safety at home through providing high quality personal care, and monitoring their environment for safety risks.Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned.Shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light house-keeping.Hours: Dependent on specific case(s); shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
