We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a full-time Certified Caregiver in Assisted Living / Memory Care. Starting Pay $22.00 ** pay is based on experience**Are you a kind and supportive person who loves to delight and care for others? As a Certified Caregiver, you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication systems and procedures to ensure that residents in our Assisted Living neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members! The ideal candidate will:
Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
Possess a Caregiver certification for the state of Arizona
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Possess a CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Possess an Arizona fingerprint clearance certification
Possess an Arizona food handler certification
Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
Provide assistance and emotional support to residents
Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
