Assisting Hands Home Care is now hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with hands-on experience caring for clients affected by Alzheimer's and other dementia-related conditions. Positions are available for weekdays and weekend shifts in Centreville and surrounding communities, with other shifts and locations open across Manassas, and Gainesville.Why work with Assisting Hands:Competitive hourly pay and same-day pay accessFlexible scheduling (weekend, morning, evening, and overnight options)Voluntary health benefits (dental, vision, supplemental)Paid mileage for travel between clientsEmployee recognition and rewardsDiscounts and perks programW-2 employment — no independent contractingWhat you'll do:Provide quality care and personal assistance for dementia and Alzheimer's clientsSupport safe transfers, ambulation, and mobilityHelp with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feedingOffer meaningful companionship and cognitive engagementPerform light housekeeping and meal preparationAssist with medication reminders and care documentationMaintain safety and a calm environment for all clientsQualifications:Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in VirginiaExperience with Alzheimer's and dementia care (all stages)Current CPR certification and negative TB screeningAbility to pass a background check (per VA HCO regulations)Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurancePhysically able to lift 25 lbs. and provide mobility supportIf you're a compassionate CNA looking for rewarding shifts and opportunities to grow, we'd love to have you on our team — other shifts and locations are available.
