Caregiver Position

Job responsibilities include:
Providing personal caregiving services and support in the client's home
Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Supporting the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients
Preparing meals and assisting with special diets
Performing general housekeeping and household support activities
Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support
Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
Administering medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required
Assisting with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
Offering limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
Maintaining accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually)
Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license

Moderate to loud noise levels depending on the environment
Exposure to varying temperatures in home or office settings

Salary Range: USD $23.79 - $27.53 / Hour
