nWhat You'll Do
n✔ Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
n✔ Help clients with mobility, transfers, toileting, and meals.
n✔ Provide companionship and emotional support.
n✔ Monitor and report changes in client condition.
n✔ Maintain accurate visit documentation.
n✔ Follow client care plans and safety protocols.
n✔ Respect every client's privacy, dignity, and independence.
nRole Overview
nThis position focuses on non-medical home care services. Home Health Aides do not perform skilled nursing procedures, administer medications, or provide treatments outside their scope of practice. Care is provided under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
