Status: Full time, salary
Shift: Flexible schedule

The Diabetes Dietitian Educator has experience in diabetes self-management training.
The position will implement clinical and education programs.
Be responsible for quality improvement.
Research activities and be an expert resource for both patients and providers.
The position may also be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs.
Team members in the position are required to get certified (CDCES – Diabetes) within two years of their hire date/transfer date.
Requirements:
Registered Dietitian License (RD) OR Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3 years of Registered Dietitian experience is required.
Minimum of 1000 hours of professional practice experience in diabetes self-management training and has passed the Certification Examination for Diabetes Educators.
CDCES certification
