Job description
Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a highly collaborative educational environment! This full-time contract opportunity allows you to work near Lillington, NC and focus your expertise with a dedicated elementary caseload.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current and active SLP-CCC license
State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience or passion for working with elementary school-aged students
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Commitment to fostering student growth and achieving individual goals
Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy services for an elementary caseload
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement strategies that support student success
Maintain accurate records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
Employ evidence-based practices and remain current with developments in the field
Provide support, resources, and education to staff and families regarding speech/language disorders and therapeutic interventions
