Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 settings
Comfortable delivering services in elementary, middle, and high school environments
Skilled in individual (1:1) and group therapy approaches
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Adaptability to diverse student populations and learning needs
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Provide direct therapy services both individually and in group formats to students across multiple grade levels
Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the design and implementation of individualized education plans
Offer guidance, resources, and support to school staff and families regarding speech and language interventions
