Job description
Sands Chevrolet Hiring Experienced Automotive Technicians
With 80% of all retail shop hours produced being customer pay, Sands Chevrolet offers the right candidate an opportunity to make exceptional wages. Responsibilities
Diagnosing GM vehicles using GM service information
Using GM MDI to diagnose and program GM vehicles
Document factual diagnostic findings using CDK dealer management system
Quality control all repairs and document completion mileage
Flexible production process in order to diagnose inbound vehicles during normal production schedule
Stay up to date on all GM STS training
Work well with other team members in effort to complete vehicle repair production
Qualifications
2 years minimum of mechanical experience at a GM dealer or franchised repair facility
ASE certifications a big plus but not required
Must have own tools (excluding GM specialty tools)
Must have reliable transportation
