Job description

Beloit Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join the NorthPointe Occupational Therapy team. The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions, with collaboration across physicians and therapists to restore function.

Responds to referrals, evaluates patients, develops goals and plans, coordinates OT treatment, and documents progress. Educates patients and families and plans discharge with home programs.
