nPosition: Certified Hand Therapist/Occupational Therapist
nLocation: Havre de Grace, MD
nSchedule: Full-time, 32 hours
nCompensation: $90,000 - $105,000 annually, based on years of experience
nIncentives: $5,000 Bonus PLUS Student Loan Repayment Assistance
nNovaCare Rehabilitation in Havre de Grace, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) / Occupational Therapist to treat various upper extremity disorders, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a skilled hand therapist experienced in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will collaborate with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have the resources you need to succeed.

n nResponsibilities
nnnResponsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
n
nnProvide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
n
nnMaintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
n
nnStay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
n
n nQualifications
nnnGraduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
n
nnHold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
n
nnNational registration and state licensure or registration required
n
nnPrevious,demonstrated marketing experience
n
nnSolid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
n
nnCPR certification
n
nnValid state driver's license
n
