Job description
Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (OT or PT) to provide expert hand and upper extremity rehabilitation in a patient-centered, team-based environment. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, custom splint fabrication, and close collaboration with physicians and surgeons. The therapist will educate patients and families, document care accurately, and support quality improvement initiatives.
