Now Hiring Across Jacksonville & Northeast Florida Concierge Care is continuing to grow and is looking for qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our W-2 home care team. We currently have multiple clients ready to be staffed throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for a few recurring shifts or hoping to build a full weekly schedule, we have a variety of home care opportunities available. Current Coverage Area Our clients are located throughout: * Jacksonville (Multiple Clients available now!!) * Orange Park * Middleburg * Fleming Island * Ponte Vedra * Fruit Cove (Client available now!) * Julington Creek * Yulee (Multiple Clients available now!!) * Fernandina Beach * Callahan * Macclenny * St. Augustine (Multiple Clients available now!!) * Palm Coast (Multiple Clients available now!!) * Keystone Heights * And surrounding Northeast Florida communities Why You'll Love Working With Concierge Care * * W-2 employment * $18–$22 per hour (higher-paying opportunities available on select assignments) * Weekly pay by direct deposit * Flexible PRN scheduling * Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend opportunities * Multiple active client assignments available now * Opportunity to build consistent weekly hours * Supportive office staff and responsive scheduling team * Receive a $100 Hiring Bonus after completing onboarding and meeting bonus eligibility requirements * No personal liability insurance required Requirements -Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify) -Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance -CPR certification -Social Security card -A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases -Completed CEUs: • 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication (find bundled CEU options at c-e-u.com) -Required dementia training through Elder Affairs Please do not apply if you do notauthorize us to conduct a comprehensive review of your background for contracting purposes.
